Transition

At Ghost Hill we take time to plan all types of transition carefully. This includes transition from class to class before the end of a school year, as well as transitions from Year 2 to Junior School. We work closely with staff from the Junior Schools to ensure children have time in their new school before the September. This includes sports and music activities as well as open evenings and joint school events. 

Children enjoy the transition activities and when moving up a year group they spend plenty of time with their new teacher and in their new classroom.
